The Mowjow AB shares are registered electronically in Euroclear Sweden (VPS/VPC).

To transfer your shares we therefore need you to provide us with an electronic share deposit account. With the shares registered in Sweden, you will need to provide a Swedish share deposit account for the share transfer.

To facilitate this, we have a co-operation with Mangold Fondkommission in Stockholm where you easily can open a share deposit account for free.

To open a Mangold account, please go to for an online application or use the application forms you find here.

Please note that you need to submit a certified copy of your passport and a utility bill with your application to Mangold.

Once you have received your Mangold account number (or any other Swedish share deposit account number) we kindly ask you to submit this to us by email: [email protected]

We transfer shares to our investors on a regular basis, and the next transfer will take place next week, which will include all share deposit accounts received by the end of January.

Your shares are currently in a temporary escrow account with Mowjow Nominees Limited and will remain as such until a feasible share deposit account is provided. During this escrow period, you will not be able to transact or vote for your shares.

If you have any questions, please contact us by email: [email protected]

We are looking forward to hearing from you if you have any queries.

Thanks for your commitment.

All the best,
Andreas Christensen
Executive Chairman & Founder
